These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the &Secure website and platform (the "Service") provided by &Secure, Inc. ("&Secure," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
&Secure is a security and compliance monitoring tool for Google Workspace. It inventories your users, administrators, and third-party applications, evaluates settings against security frameworks, produces findings, and—only where you approve—applies remediations. Features and content may change over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Connecting a Google Workspace requires an account with administrator authority for that Workspace.
By connecting a Workspace you authorize &Secure to access the administrative data and settings described in our Privacy Policy using the OAuth scopes you grant. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant that access. Actions that change your environment (such as revoking an app grant or applying a fix) are performed only with your explicit approval, and you remain responsible for their effects.
The free assessment provides a high-level, summary view at no cost. Detailed findings, evidence, remediation, and the full product require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, priced as a base fee plus a per-active-user amount as described on our pricing page, and processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, using it to violate any law or third-party rights, or connecting a Workspace you are not authorized to administer.
&Secure and its licensors own the Service, including its software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Your data remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." &Secure helps you identify and reduce risk but does not guarantee that your environment is secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities, and is not a substitute for your own security program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, &Secure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (including sections 6–8 and 10) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
